Objective: Integration, Sun A and Sun B, chaturanga and weight breakdown
Fundamental Teaching Formula:
Overall: First full day of intense training proved to be extremely emotionally, physically and mentally taxing. This was a great test on presence for me. It was exciting to learn all the beginning sequence and come up with a weight breakdown. I am feeling overwhelmed by the information we have already been given, but I am so excited for the rest of the sequence. I think the teaching formula is extremely helpful for the breakdown of cues throughout the class, but also seems like a lot of memorization and talking that is going to have to happen! I think taking out the common fillers from my vocabulary is going to prove to be the hardest thing for me.
