Overall summary of experience: I have been looking forward to this experience for the longest time. It was something that I always talked about, but never took the steps to actually make it happen. This training couldn't have come at a better time for me either. The people in the training seem wonderful and I honestly can't wait to get to know everyone.

- Common time: in popular music, a phrase of music usually also conveys one idea within a sentence or thought through the song lyrics
Building a sculpt playlist:
- Break down the yoga sculpt sequence by section
- Choose music based on the intensity of the section
- Use the length of your song as a guide for how long you like your students to stay in each section or exercise
- Ensure that songs used for sculpt series 1 and sculpt series 2 are the same tempo or BPM so that exercises performed on the opposite sides are equal
- Listen to your playlist: do all the songs flow together well?
- Envision a bell curve
